— 10 Burpee Pull Ups

Strength:

Bench Press: 

—10min to reach 80% of Bench Press’ 1RM or a Heavy Rep for the day

Bench Press: EMOM 5min

—  1 Rep @ 80%

Then;

 

Bench Press: EMOM  5min

 

—  3 Reps @ 50%

Next;

 

Bench Press:  EMOM  5min

 

— 30seg ON / 30seg OFF @ 45/35
 
Endurance:

 

AMRAP 13min

— 25 Bench Press 45/35
— 10 Push Ups
— 80 Double Unders

Complementary work:

Finisher: 2 x 50 Band Pull Aparts
